Savoir comment le constituer n\u2019est pas une t\u00e2che ais\u00e9e. Pour b\u00e2tir cet outil, nous avons dans un premier temps men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude d\u2019observation sur les missions actuelles des DSI \u00e0 travers le monde, et avons trouv\u00e9 3 principaux axes de r\u00e9flexions des DSI pour mener un projet de transformation digitale avec succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) <strong>l\u2019humain.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le dit \u00c9ric Chaniot, l\u2019ancien DSI de Michelin, \u201c<em>la transformation digitale est avant tout une transformation humaine et non une transformation technologique, en effet, l\u2019humain prend progressivement une place centrale dans la transformation num\u00e9rique, on remarque bien qu\u2019il y a une multiplications des plateformes e-learning, des portails pour les employ\u00e9es et pour les clients, l\u2019UX design etc\u201d<\/em>. Chez ServiceNow, le <em>service portal, le centre de service employ\u00e9e<\/em> et<em> le portail de services RH<\/em>, sont autant de t\u00e9moins de la volont\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la satisfaction des clients et des employ\u00e9s. Ces portails ont vocation \u00e0 enrichir l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur, il s\u2019agit bien d\u2019une transformation humaine que l\u2019on veut instaurer par une transformation technologique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) <strong>L\u2019innovation.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une id\u00e9e innovante peut \u00eatre le d\u00e9clencheur d\u2019une transformation digitale, par exemple, <em>l\u2019invention des r\u00e9seaux sociaux a permis d\u2019en faire l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019information la nouvelle norme puis cette norme permet de cr\u00e9er un nouveau mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique, les entreprises cr\u00e9ent des sites vitrines et mettent en places des strat\u00e9gies de marketing pour trouver des consommateurs.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les DSI focalisent sur toutes la gamme d\u2019innovations, l\u2019intelligence artificielle, les chabots, le Big Data , l\u2019internet des objets, etc et pensent \u00e0 introduire ses nouvelles id\u00e9es dans un processus d\u00e9j\u00e0 en marche ou m\u00eame \u00e0 la re-conception compl\u00e8te d\u2019un processus existants avec l\u2019ajout de quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019innovations.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) <strong>La<\/strong> <strong>strat\u00e9gie du syst\u00e8me d\u2019information.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit ici d\u2019avoir des objectifs d\u2019affaires bien pr\u00e9cis avec une vision de l\u2019entreprise, le r\u00f4le du DSI est d\u2019amener le syst\u00e8me d\u2019information vers une position strat\u00e9gique capable de conf\u00e9rer \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise un avantage concurrentiel durable tout en conservant l\u2019agilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire permettant de s\u2019adapter et rester comp\u00e9titif. Il se traduit par <strong>un choix pertinent de la composition des portefeuilles d\u2019applications, <\/strong>mettre en place <strong>une strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019infrastructure SI<\/strong> et <strong>de comp\u00e9tences utilisateurs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9tablis ces 3 axes de r\u00e9flexions, <strong>l\u2019humain, l\u2019innovation <\/strong>et<strong> la strat\u00e9gie IT, <\/strong>en partant de cette base voici une version de ce que peut-\u00eatre le tableau de bord de DSI :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Satisfaction client\u00e8le et employ\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>L\u2019observation de disponibilit\u00e9s des ressources vs les indicateurs de satisfaction employ\u00e9.
