En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les avantages d\u2019un outil aident une entreprise \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir une position strat\u00e9gique vis-\u00e0- vis des comp\u00e9titeurs, les avantages sont nombreux, ils peuvent \u00eatre <strong>technologiques, financiers, vision, capacit\u00e9 d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, \u00e9volutivit\u00e9 de la plateforme, talents<\/strong> etc. Au lieu d\u2019avoir un point de vue granulaire sur ces diff\u00e9rents crit\u00e8res et d\u2019en tirer une conclusion, nous allons simplement avoir une vue d\u2019ensemble et voir <strong>trois aspects importants<\/strong> qui sont selon nous les roues motrices de cette r\u00e9ussite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tant <strong>la coh\u00e9rence <\/strong>entre la vision de ServiceNow et le d\u00e9veloppement technologique de la plateforme, la deuxi\u00e8me, c\u2019est<strong> l\u2019unicit\u00e9 <\/strong>des leviers technologiques de ServiceNow et finalement la troisi\u00e8me, c\u2019est la mise en place d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de marketing <strong>diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La coh\u00e9rence entre la vision et la plateforme.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 la transformation digitale bouleverse les entreprises, la plupart des directions des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information semblent \u00eatre align\u00e9es sur un point commun, cette transformation est avant tout humaine.
