Le poste requiert une expertise sur le module <strong>CSM<\/strong>. Vous serez responsable des \u00e9volutions du module CSM, de la gestion des incidents, de la formation des \u00e9quipes et de la transmission de comp\u00e9tences pour rendre le client autonome sur la plateforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccdLocalisation : IDF (avec d\u00e9placements chez le client 3 jours \/ semaine)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcc6 D\u00e9marrage : aout 2024&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcb0Contrat de travail : <strong>CDI temps plein 50 \u00e0 65 k\u20ac<\/strong> selon profil (ou Freelance 3j \/sem<strong>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udde3\ufe0fFran\u00e7ais et Anglais (lu, \u00e9crit et parl\u00e9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf93 ServiceNow&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <strong>3 ann\u00e9es<\/strong> d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience sur ServiceNow\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modules : <strong>CSM<\/strong> (appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 : ITSM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification Obligatoire : <strong>ServiceNow CSA\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certifications appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es : ITIL v3 ou v4, ServiceNow CIS CSM et CAD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Missions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Prendre en charge les \u00e9volutions du module CSM, de la collecte des besoins \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mener des investigations sur les incidents, identifier les causes et proposer des solutions adapt\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborer avec les \u00e9quipes techniques pour g\u00e9rer efficacement les incidents et les demandes d&#8217;\u00e9volution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Former et transmettre les comp\u00e9tences aux membres de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe du client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documenter les solutions techniques et les proc\u00e9dures pour faciliter la maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participer aux r\u00e9unions de suivi de projet et aux comit\u00e9s de pilotage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profil<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Connaissances avanc\u00e9es de la plateforme ServiceNow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 d&#8217;investigation et proposition de solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connaissance des bonnes pratiques ITIL (certification ITIL v3 ou v4).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellentes capacit\u00e9s de communication, d&#8217;organisation et de planification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sens du service, bienveillance, \u00e9coute, rigueur et facult\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dynamisme et proactivit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe et \u00e0 comprendre rapidement les probl\u00e8mes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comp\u00e9tences en formation, transmission de savoir, explication et documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/digicomcorporation.com\/postes\/Digicom-recherche-Expert-technique-ServiceNow-CSM.pdf\">Voir la fiche de poste Expert ServiceNow CSM<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nous recherchons un expert technique ServiceNow pour un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de l&#8217;un de nos clients.
